No Signal on 12.692H (ORF)

Hi all,
yesterday I have bought a new PC. It is a Microstar (Medion) with Pinnacle PCTV 7010iX DVB-S/DVB-T card. I installed ProgDVB 6.01 and everything works fine, except 12.692H. On this transponder signal quality is zero. 12.699V works fine! I tried another satellite receiver and 12.692 showed signal quality 95%.
Any ideas?

That transponder works fine here.
Try to fine tune the frequency, in small steps up to +/-5 MHz.
If working, don't store, but change the LOF used, for the offset found, into the opposite direction.
Check your dish alignment carefully, as exactly the same frequency is also used on Hotbird 13°E, with same polarisation, but different symbol rate 27500.
Also check LNB skew / tilt, to reduce cross talk from the other polarisation.
If being pretty close to any limit, what way ever, every other little suboptimal issue might make things fail in the end.
BTW, do you have the same problem with any other software or ProgDVB version?

I tried it with an other software and the problem remains the same. Therefore I assume, that the problem is not caused by ProgDVB. All other transponders at the high end (e.g. 12.663H) work fine with signal quality equal 100%.
I tried also an other satellite receiver, no problems with ORF transponder
Because having actually no time, I will try further options next weekend.
