How to use ProgDVB as a regular user?

Hello,
Each time I launch ProgDVB, I am asked for administrator privileges. I'd like to know how I can run the application as a normal user.

But does ProgDVB also ask for admin provileges on your computer? Maybe there's a way to install it in the user's directory so that it doesn't ask for admin privileges?
I'm asking because I also need to run my Terratec Remote Control Editor as root, otherwise it won't work with ProgDVB

No. Current version of ProgDVB request admin rights in any case.

Yes, there's gotta be a way to run ProgDVB as a regular user in the future. I was looking at DVBViewer this morning and I run it without admin rights (no dialog asking for admin rights).
