DSL & DVB Problem

hi
i have DVB SS2, but over 3 years i can't use that ...
there is DSL modem with LAN connection to PC ...
after installing SS2, and Starting Device ... my DSL Stopped
when i Disable Device (ss2), dsl working right ...
how can i fix that ?
