Progdvb 6.04std installation error causing lc.dll

hi guys
i wanted to install progdvb on my notebook and use it with a pinnacle pctv 450e usb tv card (dvb-s).
a few days ago everything works fine on windows xp professional.
now im using windows vista and i cant install prgdvb. the installation causes an error with the lc.dll, see the screenshot below.
pls help me ...
i want to watch tv

You can ignore this message. lc.dll locked by other application, but this not important.

i did this ...
and the installation continued and finished, but when i start the application, the cpu works at 100% and my hole system crashs.
i think the lc.dll is the problem, cause the installation isnt correct
or is it something with the .net framwork.

after doubleclicking the progdvb symbol ... i had to accept the vista dialogue and then the cpu reached 100% and my system crashs ...
.

Do you select BDA in installer? Try install without any device

okay
without selecting any bda device ... the installation is complete
but im in university now ... lates ill test the software with my pctv 450e

i have the same problem with lc.dll when i run install of progdvb at the same time while watchihg video over MPC...
