Cannot Record A HD Stream

hi i have purchased progdvb pro and i manually added ITV HD but when i try to record all i get is the audio stream and never any picture... recording works fine with all other hd streams like bbc hd and luxe tv hd but itv hd cannot be recorded properly... please dont tell me to change the decoder because i have tried that and the only one i can get a proper picture with is the cyberlink decoder... i have tried switching the decoder and even the video renderer at the same time but no success... can you explain what is happening ? i really wanna record the fa cup games coming up

Why you manual add this channel? Any problem with scanner?

this channel is a red button only service so the stream has to be set manually

im not sure why the file comes out corrupt and with only audio when i have a perfect picture on my screen in progdvb

Also you can record over Pid recorder but it not comfortable.

Still didnt work i think they updated dvbviewer to support itv hd recording maybe you could do the same?

One good idea. If impossible scan this channel, then software for playback not can scan TS also.

In order to limit reception to the UK as far as possible, the satellite broadcast uses a non standard DVB stream. It was intended that only a Freesat receiver would be able to use this broadcast. However, the broadcast can legitimately be watched on some free-to-air receivers in the UK.
is this why i am only able to record audio?

sorry my upload speed is appauling i could only upload about 11 seconds... this are HD Streams after all a minute or two could go up to 700 mbs or little less....
