DiseqC 1.3 support?

I´ve tested the trial pro version on my PC with (supported) Twinhan "mantis" sat card with bda drivers.
1. A diseqC 1.3 positioner attached to the card can´t be controlled properly by ProgDVB. What can I try ?
2. Progdvb often hangs up, especially when channel was changed! How can i come closer to the reason?

1. What is 1.3? ProgDVB use 1.2 for diseq positioner.
2. try remove all plugins.

Is there no possibilty to drive a 1.3 positioner with progdvb? The dealer of the 1.3 postioner has promised me the ability of all STBs with diseqc 1.2 to drive this positioner!

AFAIK, DiSEqC 1.3 is an unofficial name for USALS.
Eutelsat define all DiSEqC specs, and they don't have a version 1.3 out (yet).

1. Yes.
2. Possible, buf freeware version good for diseq also.

1. Settings->diseq->add positoner.
