Skystar USB 2 HD CI diseq problem

I have purchased Skystar USB 2 HD CI this week.
My problem is with the diseq switch settings.
I have 4 dishes connected to diseq , in may set top box receivers you can use the diseq you can easily switch between the satellites.
But with the skystar hd u can only watch one satellite even though I did the diseq preferences wright on DVB Dream and ProgDVB.
other than this you can only watch some transponders in one sateellite, others have no signal.
So what I am doing know is I am switching between the satellites with mys set top box receiver and from its LNB out to Skystar HD in I get signals.
I want to stop this dependency to my set top box receiver. Please help me.
