ProgDVB 6.04 Pro fail to start

hi,
i have installed ProgDVB 6.04 pro. when i want to run it, i would get a message that says:
A monitor program has been found runnung in your system.
Please unload it from memory and restart your program
please tell me what is problem and what should i do?
