Cannot find channels

I've been trying ProgDVB with my Technotrend CT-3650CI USB (DVB-C on my local cable net).
Mainly because I didn't like the TT MediaCenter with came with it.

So far I like ProgDVB. It seems more lightweight, and doesn't crash like the other software.

My only, yet essential, problem is that I cannot add all channels properly.
Using Channel List -> Blind search I've been able to add most of the channels I want.
However a couple of channels on my cable net just don't come up.
I know there on 316000 Hz, Symbol rate 6875, QAM64.
I've confirmed this with searching for it with the TT software.
(I'm loooking for channels RTL4, RTL5, RTL7, SBS6 on the Ziggo Cable net in The Hague, Netherlands)

Other channels on for example 388000Hz, Symbol rate 8675, QAM64 come up fine.

Any suggestion on what could be the problem?
Or on how to solve this?

Kinda stops me from buying the Pro version, which I would otherwise do, If only for being able to receive the HD channels...

Channels -> Scan transponder ?

Nope...

doesn't work either.
When I select 316000 kHz Symbol rate 6875 and QAM64 the Level bar goes to 94%, the Quality bar shows 100%

Yet, when I press 'scan', nothing happens. At least, he doesn't find any channels...

Any other suggestions?

May be, the necessary IDs are not listed on that transponder's tables directly but only available from NAT or alike.

If so, try to find out about those by use of the original software, write them down and edit other stations for those. If working, set that stations to not update. Then scan completely again, but don't allow the edited stations to get deleted.

OK, I added my frequencies to "all.list" in
C:\Program Files\ProgDVB\Transponders\CabFiles

(not sure that is what you meant)

But anyway after scan transponders the channels came up just fine now :)

So I have all the channels I want now.
Thanx for the help :P

(still tinkering with some other issues, but won't bother you with that until I really can't find the solution myself)

So ProgDVB is still looking very promissing to me 8)
