Antivir reports me probably virus into ProgDVB6.05.01Pro.exe

Hello, all,
my anti virus program (NOD32, ver. 4) reports me virus into
http://download.progdvb.com/trial/ProgDVB6.05.01Pro.exe.
Exactly, it is ProgDVB6.05.01Pro.exe » NSIS » ProgDvbEngine.dll probably variant of infiltration Win32/Packed. Themida - probably unwanted application.
What is your experience with this?
Where can I find near low version, for example 6.05?

There is no problem only with NO32. I have got Vista x64 and ProgDVB 6 Pro (32b) does not run at all. Vista reports using unaccepted space in memory. It is possible to add exception into (I do not remember. I am out of home.). But when I tried it, Vista said, this is impossible for this program. I could download ProgDVB 6.01 at least. 6.05 reports, what I wrote.
I do not know, what can I do?

Hi,
same situation is with ProgDVB6.06.4Pro.exe. But, I have removed it from quarantine and I pray... Just info, The problem is still here.

Yes, because problem not in ProgDVB.

Nod32 reports this on ProgDVB 6.10.2 Pro:
Win32Packed.Themida variant
The standard 6.10.2 version has not this problem.
Virus definitions date and version: 11 July 2009 (4233)
