SiLencer , thank you for info, as it mentioned ProDVB saves video according to channel resolution , OK , Is there any way to resize the video stream on fly by a plugin .

Thanks , I saved video stream in lower resolution .
As you mentioned ,it requires a powerful PC.
It was a bad idea to rewrite PROGDVB with .NET development environment.
.Net based application usually are slower than normal Windows based apps
and video conversion to WMV causes flicks on the saved video .

It is not depended from .net. MS WMV encoder use 99% of CPU.
