though 2 Sat-USB-Receivers, no dual television or recording

I have two LNBs, two TechniSat SkyStar USB 2 HD CI receivers (newest driver), but cannot in any way connect them on one notebook with ProgDVB (6.06). If I do that, I found out how to get Sat-channels (for both LNBs the same satellite selected) with one receiver (only Device option AzurWave TwinHan does it), but the other has no channels to receive. Ironically ProgDVB shows with both receivers full signal strength. Tried all, no success. No Device option helps, no other mpeg-decoder ...

Two LNBs, pointing where to?
Or what hardware do you really have, on the dish(es)?
Changing LNB settings to another satellite position does not change the angle it points to, just makes ProgDVB use another transponder list for scanning.
However, driver limitations can theoretically (but not must) forbid to use two identical tuners on the same machine.
Does each of your tuners work perfectly, if being alone?
If any possible, connect them to different USB2 hosts (socket pairs).

Dear forum, I tried all different USB-connections, with no result. Especially interesting is, that ProgDVB does not work dual both with Vista 32 and Vista 64. When both devices are started and I change one device option, the other identical parallel USB-receiver changes its device option too automatically. Both devices show full Quality-reception, and one thereof completely without any picture, motion and audio. This one device works only with device option: AzurWave TwinHan. But there seems to be no way to get the other device started too with picture-motion or audio.
Strange is also, that in the options there appears only the video render and no mpeg decoder.
Here is the list of my hardware (and software):
Selfsat H10D2 Sat-dish, flat, with twin LNBs, directed on Astra 19.2
two identical TechniSat SkyStar USB 2 HD CI receivers (newest driver!)
Vista 32 or Vista 64, on both notebooks the same problem
ProgDVB 6.06 Professional registered
tested all mpg-filters, with no positive effect
I would be very glad to get helped to start working with one ProgDVB for both LNBs simultaneously.

Don't mess around with codecs yet, as long as one / each device is working alone.
Start with finding out, if both devices can tune and record independently at the same time. Also find ot if the second one can scan.
If all this can be done, it's time, to use both in parallel, in the beginning by using two different applications or two seperate installations of ProgDVB.
Step by step...
tested two parallel installations, didn't work

Thank you for the hints. I did as you proposed. I installed progdvb twice, in two directories. I did run them with only one cpu and with high priority. I selected different filters and tried different divice options. Only after every new installation of the second progdvb did progdvb run the second usb-receiver with motion and audioo, but lost the connection within seconds, stuck at once. Tried all. Nothing helped.
Also important: all the time there is only (full) signal quality for the first usb-receiver, but what concerns the second usb-receiver there was all the time, even during the first seconds, no signal at all for the second usb-receiver.

Looks like nasty driver limitations.
Regarding the original software, that comes with the tuners, is it able to handle two devices?
Getting just something from the second device does not mean, it really works that moment, as in case of a driver conflict, some data may be taken from the first device instead, by error.
