Series of error messages after changing stream

Hello,
The transport steam is working in Dialog pro/for small network.
I changed TS transcoding from transport stream on my Windows XP system, and I get a series of error messages after it.
Code:
Unable to load filter emad.ax
Can not create elecard audio decoder filter
Any idea to solve these problems?
