Hello

I have problem

when i scan channels by using "channel search" it lost every channel on that satellite and i should scan using "scan transponder" and scan every transponder one by one to get channels

Try set more deley
Settings->Options->Other->Scanner

May be you should increase your default for this.

May be you should tell Prog, which value is the minimum required, to help you for sure.

It is depended from device.

ps: Check settings->Device options. Compro?

i set Daley 50 ms
and i set 100 ms and work

any number above 50 work

i didn't try less than 50
