kstvtune.ax file !

Hi,
It would be easier to use kstvtune.ax file to find analog TV channels (cable or antenna). kstvtune.ax contains all frequencies for each country. It is updated at the same time as DirectX. It works great with other TV softwares (WDM/BDA).
Why not ?
