I just bought this card and I am trying get it to work with ProgDVB. It san the channels but when I try to watch I see only a black screen. Does this card work with ProgDVB. If so can some tell me what to do.I am in USA*

i have a DVB-T HVR1110 card, it worked like a charm so far...hoever, i have recently switched to Ati FirePro v8700 as my main display adapter and since then having only sound and no image.
is there a compatibility issue and, if so, a workaround?

BTW, does ProgDVB still play your old recordings ???
If not, looks like some driver issue(s) on your display adaptor.
Get the latest one from the manufacturer first, not from Microsoft.
Then reinstall DirectX.
And then check your codecs' internal settings, like video overlay / hardware support related.
And make sure, to test with true free channels, if there are any around. Most TV channels are crypted in USA. Any ECM related data found in Channel Properties, 4get it, completely different subject, not to be discussed over here...
Anyway, if related with encryption, check in at dvbn(dot)happysat(dot)org
