Error with WIN TV Nova HD S2

Hello
i get an Error see attachement when i start ProgDVB 6 on a Vista Ultimate 64Bit Maschine and a Hauppauge Win-TV Nova HD S2 Card. Anybody here who knows what is going wrong here?

Check settings->Device list.
