is this card "DVB.S Snazio " supported by Progdvb....if yes, plz which choice can i choose it from device list ?!

You can try use BDA driver.

Do you have a BDA driver installed for that device?
Else ProgDVB would not find a specific BDA device file for it (with a hardware related name).
