No Picture and Sound but 98% signal

Hello,
as written in the subject i got no picture (just black screen) and no sound but i have 98% signal quality.
Also i dont see any informations if i click on cam interface.
My system:
XP 32bit
ProgDVB v.6.20.3
Terratec Cinergy C PCI HD CI
Mascom Alphacrypt module
TV provider: Kabel Deutschland
Cam interface is enabled (Settings -> Other...)
Microsoft .NET Framework is installed
Everything works fine with original Terratec Home Cinema Software.
Anyone has an idea?
