Problem with Update Activation Code some mistakes on server!

Hello ProgDVB team,
I try Update Activation Code but after STEP #3: Validation, when I click Accept button to continue, activation server made some mistakes
"CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers." 
I try with Internet explorer 8, Firefox 3.5.3., Google Chrome and same actions.

I use reg2.progdvb.com but I have new problem server can't accept me information which I fill.
No account has been found by your criteria. Please, check entered data.
When I use link from directly from progdvb program me filled information server accept but on STEP #3: Validation when I klik Accept buton server made CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.
I don't now what is wrong. I bought your great program from share-it.

Hm. It is looks like spam protection of my host. Can you send from other SMTP/email?
