Hello,

First of all thank you for this great program that I use from so many years.

Recently, I decided to buy the Pro version for watching pay TV (HD channels) but I have an annoying problem.

My system :

Vista x64 SP2 + Skystar HD 2 CI + ProgDVB Pro 6.21 + Cryptoworks module and smartcard for Digiturk pay TV.

First problem :

My problem presents like this, when I open ProgDVB for the first time, the last channel I viewed last time appears normally but when I select another channel even on the same transporder nothing appears, no image and no sound (the signal is ok).

If I close ProgDVB and re-open it, the last channel I selected and that wich didn't appear, appears like magic

That concern only crypted channels.

So for changing channel I need to quit and re-open ProgDVB each time.

Second problem :

When a record a crypted channel, I can play it after on all the media players, but when I try to convert the .ts file in AutoGK or another converting program, it says me that the file has no video stream ???

I remember again that these problems concern only crypted channels and they appears only in ProgDVB.

Because with the software who comes with the Skystar (DVBViewer) I have none of this problems, I can zap normally into channels and and can convert my recorded files.

I really want to use ProgDVB cos I like it and I paid it ...

1. Same with free channels?
2. try last version of ProgDVB and/or other video editor.

- No problems with free channels.

Wich additional API I must chose ? By default AzureWave/TwinHan is selected.

- I have already the last version of ProgDVB Pro 6.21

I think problem not in "Pay TV". What channel you test? HD? What format type?

Regarding Prob 1:
Do you have Timeshift enabled?
Try to turn it off.

It's not an HD channel, it's a simple cryptoworks encrypted channel in mpeg2 format.

With an other software I can easely convert my recorded files in any converters, but not the ones which I recorded with ProgDVB.

I solved the first problem by desactivate/activate my device in the device list on each start, timeshift is already off.
