No channels or Internet with Terratec Cinergy T2 (USB)

Hello there,

i have a Cinergy T2 that comes with it's own software that works (finds the DVB-T channels without any problems).

The I installed ProgDVB v6.22.01, choosed "BDA driver" and tried to find any TV-channel :

.

What am I doing wrong ? The Terratec-software was closed and the latest BDA-driver is already installed, the blue lED is activated on program startup.
I also can't listen to any radio-station or see any video-stream.

Any ideas ?

Cheers,
Lothar

I have exactly the same problem.

Terratec Cinergy Hybrid T USB XS, Terratec driver 5.9.304.0, Windows 7 x64

I’ve tried several configurations including older driver versions and ProgDVB program releases (Transponder or Blind Scan as well), but none of them worked. No channels found.

When I go to transponder "C25 - 506 - 8 Mhz" ProgDVB finds the channels
there as other software.If I choose transponder "C29 - 538 - 8MHz" no
channels are found here - but other software does.

DVB-T is broadcasted on 506/538/586/722/746/818 MHz in my region.

If I select transonders "Internet TV", "Internet Gate Client" or "IPTV-Client"
nothing is found there.

(WinXP with SP3 / 32bit, latest BDA-driver 2.3.0.26)

Thank you for fast respond.

I’ve just tried it, and there was no difference. Absolutely no channels found :( Terratec software at the same time finds about 30 channels within 20 seconds.

I went to "Settings" / "Device List" und de-activated everything except
the BDA-driver ---> No change

I went to "Settings" / "Device List" and changed the properties for the
BDA-driver from "Terractec" to "Microsoft comaptible" and restartet
ProgDVD ---> No change
