definitaly i would say that i really suffer from ProgDVB crashes & the use of too much ressource sometimes more than 169 MB wtf ???

so i made some research & test & been a developper in .Net also
i come to a conclusion that ProgDVB dont use MultiThreading aka backgroundworker in .Net which cause the Progdvb crashe & use too much ressource .

for who is not developper & dont know what is it read here

yes, 170mb is normal size for ProgDVB. You can disable skin, select Timeshift on hardware and some other options for less memory.

i already have skin disabled...
Timeshift file saved into HDD not in memory...
