Hello!

I just bought your product " SatBox- ProgDVB 4.75 , unfortunately after installation it gave me this message: "DVBS Card is not found or drivers are not installed correctly."

Note: I have Windows 7. I just downloaded update for DirectX.

What I have to do to make the driver work, if not compatible with windows7 please send me the link to upgrade the driver installation.

Anyone can help plz !

Prog does NOT sell hardware.
Nor would Prog make drivers.

But some hardware manufacturers buy licenses for ProgDVB, to use it as their default software, along with original drivers.

However, drivers must be installed, before ProgDVB can use a device.
Normally this would be subject of a driver and software setup from the CD included with the hardware, which also would not be made by Prog.
Perhaps you should look onto that disk, try to install the driver manually from there.
If the drivers aren't made for Windows 7, either try to find new ones on the manufacturer's web pages, or use the existing ones in compatibility mode.

n.b.:
If using a 32 bit version of Win7, use 32 bit drivers.
For 64 bit version, use 64 bit drivers.
