ProgDVB 6.24.1, Skystar2 (4.5.1), Diseqc 1.2, Win7 problem

Hi everyone,
After upgrade from XP to Win7 x32, I was not able to set up the dish moving in latest version of ProgDVB. The dish is positioned to Astra (19.2E) satellite, as left from the XP installation. I am able to watch the channels from Astra. However, I cannot turn the dish to other satellites (although I've set up the USALS parameters).
I have read several different manuals on this issuue, including Thomas Hillard's Diseqc 1.2 manual. Most of them (including the one from Thomas, available on this website) are referring to older ProgDVB versions. I've tried to follow the instructions and set up the 6.24.1 version, but I am either missing something important, or it is not possible with software versions I am using.
First of all, is SS2 4.5.1 driver capable of sending Diseqc 1.2 commands at all? In older ProgDVB versions, to use Diseqc 1.2 Plugin, you had to install a modified SS2 driver downloadable with the plugin.
Has anyone here set up the dish moving under Win7 running latest ProgDVB and SS2?
If yes, I would be grateful for a short how-to...
