No Video and sound

J have the devolo sat TV and try with progdvb version 6 to get a video or a sound. This is impossible.
All channels from ASTRA got I scanned. When I press a free channel and wait 2 or 3 minutes I do still get black TV screen and no sound!!
Where can help me please.

Do you get any error message?
Do you have an MPEG 2 codec installed?
Did you install the original software, that came with your tuner?
Should have brought some licensed codecs with it...

I get no mistakes.
I´ll run the Cyberlink Tv Enhance! --
and I tried Elcard.
Nothing happend. Please help

I forgot:
I installed the original software, It came with your tuner.
Even I uninstalled the Software. I get only the black screen.

To try to get closer to the source of your problem, let us know, if recording from such a free channel leads to a file of good size, and if yes, if that could be played by another software, like WMP, MPC, VLC or PowerDVD, or even in the original software for your tuner.
Like, no big file recorded --> no (good) video stream inside.
