6.25.3: no split recording

I installed the last version 6.25.3 but now dont split recording by time.

mpg but I see that in background record the timer of record dont start.

i faced the problem some month ago...
i only fix it by unistalling & reinstalling..
nothing

I tried to reinstall but nothing. I reintalled 6.25.2 and all ok but nothing with 6.25.3
