No video (black screen) with aspect ratio 16:9 in fullscreen

I have PCI card Asus MyCinema P7131 Hybrid DVB-T. When I set any channel (in 16:9) to fullscreen mode the video disappears. Sound is ok.
In smaller window is video and sound ok. When i set aspect ratio to 4:3 and set fullscreen mode video is ok.
Monitor id LG W1943TB, Operation system:Win XP SP3
Can me somebody help to fix this problem? Thanks
