prevent progdvb changing forced gpu/mem clocks ?

Hi,
as I´ve got a radeon hd5770 and there are some problems with gpu rates in idle and 2d mode (freeze, stripes...) i forced it to use continuously 850MHz GPU and 1200 MHz Mem by using ATI Overdrive in CCC.
This is fine in all programms I´ve tested yet, but progdvb.
When I start the programm clock rates change to 400 gpu / 900 mem.
I don´t know why this happens, neither how it´s possible with changed driver settings. Fact is that my card is more instable with these settings in progDVB than with default settings
.
Thinking this could have something to do with my stick (Terratec Cinergy HTC USB XS HD) i testet terratec home cinema, but this works fine.
I´m using version 6.20.03 ´cause it worked well untill i changed my graphics card. As I don´t think a newer version will change anything and I´d like to save my settings I tried to find help here before installing a new one. If you think it could help please tell me
Does anyone know a possible soluton to this problem?
Would be great, cause I´d miss progdvb a lot if it won´t work for me anymore.
Ah and i use windows 7 64 bit if this matters..
