Hi, I downloaded the latest Progdvb, I stop using it long ago and change to DVbDream. I got Progdvb again and it doesn't work. I just get a black screen and not sound, but there's a signal and OSD. I tried recording and it doesn't record. I changed the Codecs and none is working, Elecard works without any problems in DVB Dream. Anyone knows what's wrong? I saw other people have the same trouble but no answers. I'm using Windows XP with a ss2.

More info, Internet Channels work, the only ones that doesn't are the ones from satellite. Also, qhen I right click on a channel from the list, Progdvb crashes.

I think is a complete problem altogether now. It shows signal but it doesn't look for any channels and I think now is a Disecq problem, I have the LNB on a disecq and in dvbdream I can chose disecq switch 1.0/2.0 and then I select the LNB in the second position, in Progdvb I tried different ways but nothing, I select switch and I put it also in the second position and the Technisat program shows green and red when Progdvb is looking for the channels, so, it looks like it's working but it doesn't find any. It's a minimum of signal needed? I repeat that with dvbdream the channels are working.
Thanks.

You must have last driver and correct select type of device. Of course ProgDVB support diseq switch for ss2.

I have the latest driver and I selected the ss2 in the device list, I get the signal but it doesn't look for any channels and with the list of channels that come it does change the quality of the signal when I change from one to another but the screen shows nothing

Do you use BDA driver?

The driver I use is the Technisat DVB-PC TV Star PCI, the version is the 4.5.1.0
With old versions of Progdvb used to work, it works now without problems with DVB Dream.
Is there a minimum quality of signal needed? I get from 50 to 65% of signal, it works perfect for DVB dream and for a dreambox, but maybe Progdvb has problems with it.

That's the driver of the SkyStar2, I tried qith the version 4.4.0 but didn't worked either. What I use as video codec is Elecard, works great with my other DVB software.
