I try to open the France2,France 4,and AB Sat Channels,but I can not open these channels.how to open these channel on Hot bird 13?

BTW, ProgDVB does not open any PayTV channels, subscriber card and CAM do (or in case special plugins could).
So this is not just a nasty and forbidden issue, as SiLencer told, but it's off topic as well.

PLEASE re-read the board rules RIGHT NOW.
