Error when saving EPG xml file (xmltv.dtd not found)

Hi guys I've been using progdvb and is a great DVB app but I got a question, when I was exporting my EPG file (epg.xml) I notice that the file has this line just after the XML declaration:
But unfortunately I haven't found any such of file with this name, so can anyone tell me were can I get that file?
