Progdvb Pixelazation break up on H264 sources

I am having a problem with the latest version of progdvb professional.
Anytime i am watching a program broadcast in h264 format
the pictures has a lot of pixelization breakups.If i am watching a mpeg 2 source i do not have the pixelization problem.Do anyone know what causes
this?How do you fix this?

Are you using an ATI Video Card?

There's lots of issues with hardware decoding of certain h264 streams on ATI cards - in particular if you're using the Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder it can be pretty much unwatchable.

The issue is mostly (but not entirely) fixed in the recent ATI drivers (February onwards).

Yes i am using this one.
SAPPHIRE 100282-3SR Radeon HD 5850
I am using coreavc for h264.I am using the latest catalyst drivers.
I only get the pixelization on ABC stations H264.NBC and CBS networks
don't have this problem.

Try check Debug->Filter manager->Dropped packets.

start it using:
ProgDvbNet.exe /debug
