5. If problems with sync or sound disappearance.
The problem depends on the channel, sound card and its driver, and demultiplexer. To resolve this problem, we recommend trying one or more options.
a. Change the audio renderer (Settings-> Audio-> Codecs)
b. Disable audio processor (Settings-> Audio-> Audio Processor)
c. Change demultiplexer (Settings-> Main-> Demux)
Usually the problem disappears with the transition to a discrete sound card and/or Windows7.
no one of them solced the problem. only i disabled audio processor and it gets rare now. there is stll some sizzle afer channel change but very rarely.

i realized that when i running an application (for example firefox, explorer etc...) while progdvb is on, this problem appears. but only tv channels not on radio. it is very annoying. soundcard drivers is updated. i tried several codec combinations and disabling audio processor but no chance.

the thing is, it appears only progdvb, but where is the problem?

my system is:

amd phenom ii 3.0 ghz
4 gb ddr3 ram
500 gb hdd
ati hd 4200 onboard
realtek ALC889A hd onboard
avermedia dvbs pro-ii (A706)

please help me?

Usually on board sound card not very good. But you can try other demux or other renderer.

I have the same issue - changed all combinations of:
- demuxer (cyberlink, microsoft, elecard)
- video-audio filter (cyberlink, ffdshow, elecard, coreavc / ac3filter, ffdshow)
- renderers (EVR, VMR9, custom EVR / directsound, waveout, speakers)
- changed soundcard, no help. After few minutes, audio/video unsync.

demuxer - microsoft
video - Cyberlink and Cyberlink H.264
audio - ac3filter
v. renderer - EVR custom
a. renderer - default wave out (with directsound I have cripled sound)

Win7/x64, ProgDVB 6.43.2, Skystar HD2, Audigy 2, Realtek HD, ATI HD3870. ProgDVB 4.84, DD, ALTDVB work fine with the same filters/renderers.
