[Solved] Problems with ProgDVB and Technisat Cablestar HD 2

Hello.
I have got an Technisat Cablestar HD 2 and Windows 7 x64 as OS.
With DVBViewer TE2, which was delivered with the DVB-C card, everythings works fine.
But I want to use ProgDVB and have some problems with it:
I installed version 6.42.1 64bit without any error messages. When I start it after installation I get the following error:
The device list looks like that:
Do I have to install another driver? What am I doing wrong?
