I have used the program now for some years without a problem. I'm running Windows 7 and recently upgraded to the professional version from the Home version and since then I can't get any version 5.xx/6.xx to run. I start it and the small Loading window pops up and a larger window saying my key has expired with buttons for "Enter key" and "OK", click either one and that window disappears leaving the small Loading window and that's all I get. It will stay there all day if I let it, in Processes ProgDvbNet.exe is running and the only way to close the Loading window is to close that process.

Since the old earlier version 4.9xx works ok I thought maybe it has something to do with .NET so made sure it is up to date but still no joy.

Anyone got any ideas what the problem might be?

Thanks, I will but the program isn't getting to the stage where it offers a new machine id.

Just want to say thanks to Prog for helping with this via email, ended up reverting to the 32bit version as 64bit and my Win7 don't work together well.
