wierd error

hi !
I have just scanned hotbird channels and I think my PROGDVB is ready to show me something at last ... but when i click on any channel , this error message appears in a little box : "IID-IELecardRemouxer error". and i can't watch channels. also I have problems (lack of knowledge) in setting the PID and other confiigurations in IP reviever software.
I hope I can find my answer here
