Regarding digital TV or radio transmissions, no matter if terrestrial, satellite or cable, of course not.
But as there is an analogue module, may well be.
Just try and find out, with the free version.

I have tried but the problem has not been resolved.

when I try to start the scan, the search do not start.

I have tried to enable the 1st card, the 2nd card and both (in reality it is always the same, single card).

As far as I know ProgDVB can't scan on an analogue tuner, as it can't control that tuner directly. At least not yours, obviously...
This would be a good reason, why no channel tuning is proceeded.
Did you install the original software and does it work?

As I don't have any analogue tuner available here, I can't really help further on.

Anyone else around to proceed???
