I downloaded ProgDVB Professional 6.46.3 for evaluation last night and was able to scan both HD and non-HD channels ok. The video looks great. However, I have no audio for the channels that I scanned.

The channels that were already pre-set in the program for a satellite play audio fine. For example, on AMC 21, I scanned 12180 V 30000 and the video looks great, but there is no audio. However, the preset channel for Montana PBS has good audio.

I have played around all day with various combinations of codecs and renderers without success. I have also tried to uncheck Audio Processor, but nothing works.

My card is a Prof 6200 which is supported and I chose the appropriate driver for it. My OS is Windows 7, 32 bit.

I would love to purchase the program, but I've got to figure out how to get some audio for the channels that I have scanned.

Would using an earlier version possibly work or does anyone else have any ideas for my problem?

Ok, I solved it. I downloaded AC3 Filter and all channels now have audio.

I suggest that either this codec be included in ProgDVB or there be instructions that it be installed on the download page.

Too much wasted time that could have been avoided.
