I have a slow Amd 1800+ with 1,5 GHz and a tv usb stick from Hama my question is why is the tv receipt so badly than other tv programs.With the original software i got very good receipt and i did not need a better antenna.
I know a time there was the receipt so good i never change the place of the antenna but then i dont know why is the receipt so badly that i must buy a antenna with amplifier but this is not enough there are some channels that i cant get a clear tv picture or and sound.I want use ProgDVB because i need the EPG function and some other things and it have a better skin than others.If there a attitude that i didnt see? How can i change the configuration to get all the channels without problems.I live in Berlin Germany.

Theoretically, it may be possible, ProgDVB's device used for your card does not handle it's driver properly, by this causing the AGC (automatic gain control) of the tuner to fail.
But as "a tv usb stick from Hama" does not allow anyone, to identify your hardware and driver used, there's no way, to tell anything precise.

Practically, an indoor antenna is no better for DVB-T than it was for analogue before.
In that days, you won't even have tried, to get help for this on the internet, as it's merely impossible, to remotely help you adjusting it. Same goes for DVB-T now.
You may want to create a list, holding level and quality readings for each transponder used, then move the antenna a bit, compare new values.

An antenna with integrated amplifier may perhaps help a bit, (only) if your tuner was almost deaf and blind, for what reason ever. But it may also cause even more trouble, due to a possible overdrive situation, resulting in symptoms almost identical to weak signals...
Even as normally DVB-T modulation can take benefits from reflected signal components, this would make things worse, once levels get to high.

Being extremely close to the TV tower here in Hamburg (horizontal distance no bigger than it's height above ground), I could not use any kind of amplifier, as each one would get saturated and produce more interference than real signal. Same was valid in analogue days. This for I've installed a very small conventional roof antenna (UHF Yagi ~7dB), pointing directly to the antenna array on top of the TV tower, ~ 45 degrees upwards, then being attached to a simple level control unit, actually set to reduce around 15 dB, then split for two tuners. All fine around here now, for both the big TV with DVB-T integrated and the MSI digivox.
