Error message by each transponder scan

Hello,
I can't scan the transponder to become all the channels. I get every time the error message you can see as file attached. I tried to reinstall the TV-board, ProgDVB but no improvement...
I bought a licence last week, but I can not use it! If you can help me, it would be great!
My system: XP 32bit, Tevii S470, Asus M4A785 htpc

It looks like bug in ProgDVB interface. But I am not have idea where.
Try install ProgDVB to empty directory and check.

Finally I installed win 7. It works fine now.
