error registration progdvb

Pleasde help (excuse for my bad english, i'm ittalian)
i update registration for my second computer Win7 64 bit quadcore)
i istalled progdvb 64bit, but when i insert the number and my email in progdvb registration an error encourten:
progdvbnet ha smesso di funzionare..... sighhhh
