I installed ProgDVB 6.49, and it recently crashed upon install, this was what I got: (however, the cause of this is always Kernel32.dll).

I did a malware/spyware scan, but no viruses were found, so I don't understand what's causing this.

No...i´m using Win 7 x64 Ultimate ...its all fine so far

Try reinstall to empty directory.
