No Sound IPTV Win7 x64 Hansenet/Alice Germany

Hello,
first it works fine with dvblink and media center.
But at the first look, Prog DVB prof is what I need.
Sound works with mp2 but not with chanels with AAC or AC3.
I have tried all codecs in the settings and installed the x64 version from codecguide.com
Most time it stops working and have to restart with last known configuration.
Any ideas?

Is it free channel?
Try start with /Debug key. Do you have any messages?

Yes, free channels.
I get a message, "No good input pin founded (Audio render).
There is no level on the equalizer.

Try change AC3 codec (ac3 channel?)

I´ve tried all codecs.
Now I tested older versions.
I tested 6.45.1 and there is DivX AAC Decoder installed and now sound works on all chanels.
I deinstalled the version and installed the new one, codec is gone and sound didn´t work.
Can you implement this codec in the new version?
Or are there other ways to install the codec by hand?
Other question.
Normaly i have to use a settop box, but i didn´t want.
In the past i have ordered scrambled chanels.
I have the multicast adresses, i have a smartcard, i work for this provider, so i have the chanel Naspid and the Naspid range.
How can I get this to run?
