Please help me! thank u!

I have buy the progDvb as below.
But now it has some problem as follow:
When i copy the key to the blank ,the system remind me: Registration Key is correct, Please ,restart ProgDVB to finish the registration progress.
But when i restart the ProgDVB, the same suggestion comes out again.

This station occures after i restore my windows system.

When i send the help email to the prog, As the system in the forum said "Please update key over this form if you have problem with registration."

when i write the first step , fill the E_mail. But i have changed my E_mail. So after write my new E_mail. The system remind me :"No account has been found by your criteria. Please, check entered data."

My old E_mail cannot be used now. So, how do i with it?

my old email is : yxjiafang@vip.sohu.com
my new email is :niruqizj@163.com

When i write my old emai, the sentense "No account has been found by your criteria. Please, check entered data." still come out.

Ask by the way "ShareIt Ref #" is my order number?

When i enter my (share-it! order number: )310077*** only.

The sentense "Several accounts have been found by your criteria. Please, fill more fields to specify your account" come out .

When i enter my old email "yxjiafang@vip.sohu.com", or my new email "niruqizj@163.com" and Register Name:niruqi, and order number.

The sentense "No account has been found by your criteria. Please, check entered data." come out.



How do i with it ???

several days ago ,i have send two emails. But it only replies :

Please update key over this form if you have problem with registration.
