I run a X3M SPC-1000 Card with the attached ProgDVB.

After selecting Astra 19.2 I call a scan on about 80 transponders.

On the first 40 transponders level and quality appears several times in good condition.
But on the upper transponders from about No. 40 to 80 the quality keeps on 0 %.

So I can see and watch channels like ARD 1plus, Andalusia TV ... but no RTL, Pro7, SAT1 ...

I got same results with the newest free version of ProgDVB.

BTW. If another Software (test version of Dreamdvb) is installed, the access to all channels succeed - even ProgDVB show the whole list of channels in pictures and tone.
After uninstalling this programm the situation is again as above.

Any hint?

Please check LNB settings. Also you can try change Settings->Device options

...and do NOT set / use 22 kHz for position switching. If required, use DiSEqC >= 1.0 for that, with a suitable switch, of course.
The 22 kHz carrier is required for switching to HighBand here.

For European market Universal LNBs (regardless if Single, Twin, Quad, Monoblock, whatsoever), Ku band linear default settings are to be used.
Only a Unicable or German "Einkabellösung" system would need to have special settings done.
The LNB integrated 22 kHz band switch does NOT appear in DiSEqC settings, it works automatically.

All this goes for the original version, that came with your tuner, and any other.
However, as you told, your tuner came with ProgDVB, it may be important, to make that work first, and perhaps even keep it installed (in it's own folder structure), as possibly the manufacturer equipped it with some basics (like BDA related registry settings), that may be necessary, to allow it to work properly.
