Received only, channels list ?

Hey all,
I have a simple question, I did a little digging but couldn't find an answer or a way to do this on my own.
Here's what I want, I want to create channel lists with the channels that I actually receive ( any signal, only ditch the 0% signal ones ).
I tried deleting the contents of the "Channels" folder in progdvb's directory, and then proceeded by scanning the satellites for channels, but after the scan ends the program adds all the channels from the satellite, even the ones that didn't get caught by the channel scan.
Is this possible ?
