hello
i need driver for win7 (64-bits) for the PCI dvb-s card digistar e ( from tasco )
progdvb can't recognise it with the existing driver

Same as in the other thread you've opened...

Drivers come from manufacturers.
Look there, to perhaps find a BDA driver for it.
If no luck there, forget it.
