problem plugin box blocked

Hi, I have win 7 64bit with skystar 2hd and orignal drivers of this, I have installed ProgDVB x32 6.63.7, and acamd 6.18, but the box plugin of progdvb is always blocked, i Have installed also other version of progdvb but it's the same.
It's very strange because yesterday I have installed a unknow version of progdvb (I think the 6.63.7 x32 std.) with acamd and worked very good, after I have unistalled prog dvb because I want to tryed the pro version, but since this moment acamd don't work and the progdvb plugin box is blocked.
please can you help me??
