No picture, no search results

1st I do not have the rights to access the German Subforum.

2nd I'm frustrated.
Everytime I install ProgDVB it just doesn't work and I got to play with the settings/search through the web for days/months and manually edit transponder lists etc. until I get it working (if im finally able to do this ... I only was once).

I had a working installation of ProgDVB 6.31.
I didn't uninstall it, I just installed the newest 6.63.8 into the same folder in the hope to keep the old working settings. --> some of them didn't keep.

Now I got that installation without a working TV.
Im using some old TT-Budget DVB-C card at Windows XP 32bit.
The channel search just got zero results.
The channels in the list doesn't receive any signal.

I'm really pissed now, performing a blind scan of all listed symbol rates etc.. Will post the results as soon as it finished (maybe in 2 weeks?)

In the installation I've enabled my BDA card (I think it's this one, the real name of my card (TT-budget C-1500 (BDA)) just isn't listed). I've set the correct country/city for the DVB-C transponders list.

I will post the search results until it finished.
The usual search just gets 2 channels without names that cannot be watched because of h.264 ...

1. Please check German forum now.

2. Do you have same problem with scan transponder dialog?

Thanks for your answere and enabling the German Forum for me. :)

Yes,
Channel List --> Scan Transponder
and
Channel List --> Channel Search --> (BDA) TechnoTrend BDA/DVB-C Tuner
doesn't find any channels.

==========
EDIT 1:
I tried to restart ProgDVB with its English interface to look for the correct English menu names I juast tried to translate above.
Now it told me:
Image
[{BDA} TechnoTrend BDA/DVB-C Tuner] device not started !
==========

==========
EDIT 2:
I disabled the device in XP's device manager.
On starting ProgDVB I get the same error message.
==========

==========
EDIT 3:
Re-enabled the tv card, rebooted my pc, started progdvb --> no error but still no search results (no signal quality, no signal level).
==========

I re-installed 6.31 into the same folder and it worked at the first attempt.

No,
I had a Hauppauge Nova-S-Ci.
It has been broken after 4-6 years working and I bought a Hauppauge Nova-HD-S2.
Now I no longe got sat and a mate gave me his TechnoTrend Budget C-1500.

Maybe all drivers are still installed.
